This item authorizes the transfer of title of these facilities to the City of North Port. The School Board attorney has reviewed and approved this Bill of Sale. Recommendation That the Bill of Sale to the City of North Port, Florida for the water distribution system, wastewater collection system, and lift station at Suncoast Technical College North Port be approved as presented.
